Process: Completely Fermented Tea

Brewing methods: tea bag / 200ml-300ml boiling water. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

The tea is made from Chin-Shin-Ganzai shoots which the little green leafhoppers feast on. Sanxia district, Taiwan, is known for its ideal terroir for tea cultivation. This place is now well known for its fine green tea,white tea and black tea production.

Sanxia Honey Black is an exquisite black tea which combines the traditional black tea making method with the production method of Oriential Beauty Tea. The tea craftsman allows tea leaves to be bitten by small leafhoppers during summer. After these incents bite, the chemical composition changes. This process leads to the developement of distinctive honey flavor with fruity notes. Combining with verbena, our tea is full of exuberant herbal fruity flavor. You can enjoy the mystery of oriential and western craftsmanship in the same time.
